Booking & Delivery Info
Booking process
- Submit the form on our homepage with your details, preferred service, and date.
- Confirmation — we will contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp to confirm or suggest an alternative time.
- Fitting & consultation — bespoke and bridal clients typically attend a fitting or in-person consultation at our atelier (or as agreed) before we finalize fabrics and timelines.
Estimated timelines
Most bespoke pieces require approximately 2–4 weeks from confirmed order and deposit, depending on complexity, fabric availability, and our current queue. Bridal and heavily embellished work may take longer; we will give you a clearer window after your consultation.
Pickup and delivery
You may collect your order from our atelier in Achiaman – Amasaman, Accra, during agreed hours. If you need delivery, we can arrange courier or hand delivery where possible; fees and timing depend on location and will be confirmed with you in advance.
