Terms of Service

By booking an appointment or commissioning work from MZZTEE KLOTHING, you agree to the following terms.

Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking form, by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten your consultation slot.

Measurements and information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and clear briefs (style references, event dates, fabric preferences). Errors or omissions in information you supply may affect fit, timeline, and cost. We may request a fitting to confirm measurements for bespoke work.

Production and timelines

Quoted timelines are estimates. Production schedules may vary based on fabric sourcing, complexity, fittings, and studio workload. We will communicate significant delays where reasonably possible.

Payments and refunds

Deposits or stage payments (where agreed) secure your place in our schedule. Once production has started on your garment (cutting, construction, or substantial alteration to materials committed to your order), fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Cancellations before production may be eligible for a partial refund according to the agreement made at booking.
